AI Systems
We go into your company, build the AI systems your operation runs on, and stay until your team owns them. It starts with the hours that disappear into manual work and the sales that slip through slow follow-up.
Manifesto
A company buys the licences, sends two people to a course, and hires a consultant who leaves a deck behind. Six months later the processes are identical and half the licences go unused.
The missing part is someone staying until the change reaches the daily work. Klevie was built for that part.
We started by implementing AI inside our own clients, and the results were clear enough to turn it into an offer: go in, build the systems, train the people, and leave the company operating differently.
We implement. The software, the training and the documentation come inside the work.
"AI creates value when it is embedded in the processes a company actually runs on. Our job is to make that happen."
Ricardo Vasconcelos, CEO
What we do
01 — ENTRY
2 weeks
We map how the work happens today, find the three processes where AI pays off first, and hand over a prioritised implementation roadmap.
02 — CORE
90 days
We turn the roadmap into working systems. Strategy, execution and team training. The first system is usually live in the first weeks, and by day 90 the company runs on different processes.
03 — ONGOING
Monthly
We stay after the build, optimise what is running and add new systems as the business grows.
The process
30 minutes to understand where the company is today and whether this is a fit for both sides.
A close look at your operations, and a roadmap with the implementation steps in priority order.
We build side by side with your team. Automations, systems, training.
We stay. We optimise. Results grow as AI evolves.

FAQ
A freelancer builds what you ask for. We start by mapping where the hours and the money are going, then build what pays off first. The build comes with process redesign, team training and documentation, so the system survives after we leave.
The usual reason is that the tool was installed and the process stayed the same. We change the process and the tool together, and we test the system alongside the team before it replaces anything.
The diagnostic takes two weeks. The first system is usually live within weeks of that, depending on how many systems it has to talk to. Our fastest build so far went live in two weeks.
Around two hours a week during the diagnostic, and three to four during the build, concentrated in the people who own the process. We work on your systems and your data, so most of the load stays on our side.
That is the condition for calling it finished. Training is part of the build, and the system is documented so a new hire can pick it up.
We work where processes repeat: quoting, invoicing, scheduling, document handling, support and reporting. That covers insurance, accounting, e-commerce, services and retail. The sector matters less than whether the same work happens every week.
Systems are built on components we can swap as models change. Clients on the ongoing partnership get that maintenance monthly.
The systems are yours and your team runs them. Some clients stop there. Others stay on AI Partner to optimise and add new modules.
Start with the diagnostic. Two weeks, and you end with a map of where the hours go and what each one costs, whether or not you build anything with us.
